Shipping And Customs:
We offer worldwide shipments through UPS, FedEx, EMS or DHL for Worldwide or local partners in Russia. As you know each of your items are made to order because we need to put your name, energy only suitable for you and the prayers we invoke under your name, it takes approximately 3-5 days to pack and ship after all our procedures. Once it's sent, it usually takes any time from a week to two weeks to reach you unless there are any unforeseen delays in transit. Any shipment to Russia might go through special procedures, hence a separate note will be communicated to you.
It is important to note that each country has its own regulations on customs. Should there be any customs duties request at the port of entry, it will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Good news: No custom duty required for orders from Russia, Belarus, Armenia, Kazakhstan and Kyrgystan.
Return, Exchange and Refund Policy
Each item is handcrafted to your needs and most importantly created to make you feel happy, self-loved, and uplifted. Although very unlikely but for any reason, if we failed to put a big smile on your face with a feeling of joy and contentment at your heart, we accept to exchange your item or refund as you wish. Once again, it is very unlikely but in the event, our items reached different than mentioned or advertised on the website, we will exchange or refund your payment. The refund if accepted from our side will be processed within 3 days from the date we received your returned item or from the date we confirm we accepted the refund request.
Please note the followings for easy understanding
- If items returned due to a defect or so and is proven, Grounded And Free will bear the shipment too for sending you a new item and getting the defective item back to us.
- If items returned due to a change of mind, we will refund the remaining amount after deducting the shipment costs + handling fee of UD35 per item.
- All exchange and return claims must be made within 30 days of the purchase date and must not have been used at all.
